Charming modern independant airconditioned apartment (322 sq ft), owner's villa ground floor, waterside wooden terrace (160sq ft). This unique place offers a superb view over the anchorage of Grande anse d'Arlet and a direct and free access to our private dock and to the sea. 3 minutes walk from the quiet beach of Grande anse along our private lane. The space From the King size bed of this totally independant apartment, the view over the bay is exceptional. The kitchenette overlooks the view through glass shutters. Very nice bathroom at the back with Italian shower and wall hung toilets. This apartment is airconditioned. It is closed with large glass doors and black out curtains. On the tropical wood terrace overlooking the sea, there is a steel table and two chairs, 2 deck chairs and a coffee table. A few steps will lead you to the dock. You'll enjoy the outside shower under the coconut tree. We have a garden landscaped on different levels with coconut trees, papaya trees, bougainvillae, ixoras, aloes, banana trees , visited by all the species of birds of the area. The owners will give you plenty information and will offer you a welcome drink. We sometimes rent our villa , so you may share the access to the deck and the deck itself with the vacationers during their stay. Live concerts on Saturday nights and Sundays in the waterside restaurants of Grande anse. During school vacation, noisy parties can be held on the beach or on board the boats. Check in: 12.00 Check out: 04 p.m. The cleaning fee (30 €) will be paid on arrival. If you wish to visit the island, we recommend to rent a car, taxis being quite expensive and public transport random. We rent a wooden bungalow (for 2 to 4) " charming bungalow superb view over the bay" . We also rent our villa ("superbe villa bord de mer ponton privé Grande Anse"). In that case, you will share the access and the use of our deck . Guest access Full access to the whole apartment, garden, private dock ( the use of which you might share with the owners or their guests) and private parking space next to the property. Other things to note The highlights of this apartment: unrestricted view over Grande Anse, comfortable and practical, nicely decorated, clean, beautiful and natural environment, beach and waterside restaurants at a walking distance, the villa private deck, starting point for snorkelling, the hosts'welcome... For safety reasons, children under the age of 12 are not allowed.
