Our apartment at Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort, 24/7 secured, is located on the top floor of Triple Tree Resort. It is a corner apartment with fantastic views of the golf course and the ocean. With a lovely terrace with awning, lots of privacy and the best location of all apartments in relation to sun and wind. There is a fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning throughout the apartment. 2 bedrooms with private bathroom and a separate toilet for guests. The space It features a large terrace with awning, lounge set, a large living room with open kitchen, two large bedrooms each with its own bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. There is also an extra toilet and a washing machine room with washing machine, ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, etc. The fully equipped kitchen has appliances such as a hob, oven, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, blender, filter coffee maker and Nespresso coffee machine. Blue Bay resort is an exclusive 24/7 secured resort where you can enjoy golf, swimming, tennis, diving, snorkeling, various restaurants etc. The beach is 200m walking distance from the apartment and is one of the most beautiful beaches in Curaçao. You can use the beach and sunbeds free of charge with your beach pass provided by us. On the beach there is a restaurant, a beach bar and children's club. Golf enthusiasts who rent from us get a 20% discount on the green fee. The resort is 10 minutes from the airport. There is a large Centrum supermarket 2 km away and 4 km away is a large modern indoor shopping center, Sambil, with also a Carrefour supermarket. Downtown Willemstad is 10 minutes away. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, including the private swimming pool with sun loungers, toilet building and shower, which is located at the rear on the ground floor. The apartment is accessible by elevator. In front of and next to the apartment are free parking spaces. Other things to note The apartment is equipped with linens and towels. For stays longer than 9 nights, a mandatory interim cleaning is required, €70. You will also receive clean linens and towels. The rent does not include water, electricity and tourist tax. The costs will be charged to you based on actual consumption. The rate of electricity is €0.50 per kWh and of water €8 per m3. The tax is 7% of the basic rent. Please note!!
