DO NOT LEAVE DIRTY DISHES AT THE END OF THE RENTAL. THE BUILDING MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN AND TIDY, UNDER THE SAME CONDITIONS WHEN IT ENTERED THE PROPERTY. The cleaning fee charged at this rental refers to the washing of the trousseau (bed and bath linens) and the general cleaning of the property after check-out. The guest will receive photos at check-in of how they will find the property.
