Genuine 450 year old colonial house for rent in the centre of Antigua, Guatemala that is 4 blocks from Central Park. It has a spectacular view of the Volcano Agua, a swimming pool, 4 bedrooms each with complete private bathroom, shower and bathtubs. Two of the bedrooms have second floor mezzanines, (bedrooms 5 & 6 in listing), with circular staircases for more bedroom space if needed. All the bedrooms have queen size beds and the mezzanines have double beds. The space This home does have stairs to some bedrooms. There are 8 beds in the house: 4 with queen beds; 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, including the sauna and the pool. Other things to note From the second floor outside patio the spectacular view can be seen of the towns going up the volcano and the view of the volcano itself. The house has a typical colonial internal garden area around the pool and a sauna plus one internal garage spot for one vehicle; a large living and dining room area and a new modern kitchen has just been recently installed. Within the price of the rental includes maid service for cleaning and tidying bedrooms. Other services can be provided such as the cooking of breakfast and lunch only as long as guests either provide the food they wish to be cooked or give the staff money to shop for the food they want to be cooked!
