TOT Registration number is: PRP21-00276 The space This craftsman home ( fully upgraded ) is located in a prestigious area in Virginia Country Club near a park where you can stroll around, play tennis or have a picnic. Guest access Guests have access to the following: 1) living room 2) formal dining room 3) kitchen 4) family room 5) patio 6) 4 bedrooms in the house as listed 4) 3 1/2 bathrooms as listed 5) walk in closet (one full bedroom) The owner of the house will keep the following locked with no access to the tenant: 1) small office room/casita (first level) 2) 1 bedroom/office (second level). 3) small storage room in the masters bedroom (second level) 4) These rooms are all locked. An exterior RING camera is installed that only shows the driveway and main door angle. This will also be shared to the guest for viewing access. Other things to note 1. Huge kitchen/Master Own Room Closet This is a very spacious home with huge granite island in the kitchen. Masters bedroom has its own bathroom and a whole room walk in closet. 2. FULL DISCLOSURE: As this property is nestled with plants and trees, like any homes, there can be occasional bugs such as gnats, ants or spiders. If any in your group has allergies to potential bug bites, this may not be an ideal place to stay at. As a Super Host, we have dedicated team to make sure that this property is well kept and maintained to our guests' satisfaction. However, this not a NEWLY BUILT home so there are signs of wear and tear as any regular residence will have. 3. For long term rent, note that average electricity bill is around US$ 80 for each Edison and also for City of Long Beach (water and gas). Landlord covers up to US$ 100 in each utility company. Anything that exceeds US$ 100 will be paid directly by the guest to the landlord (statement to be emailed to the guest). It will be paid to the landlord every end of the month. 4. An exterior RING camera is installed that only shows the driveway and main door angle. This will also be shared to the guest for viewing access. 5. There is a casita attached to the structure. It has a separate entrance and is divided between the main house and double doors in the main living room (which is locked) on both sides. 6. Please present government issued ID's upon check-in.
