The space Nestled within the private property of Hotel L'Esplanade, on the verdant hillside of Grand-Case, Villa Pineapple is a true haven of peace with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea. Close to the beach and its restaurants, as well as Orient Bay, just a 5-minute drive away, it's an ideal location to enjoy the pleasures of Saint-Martin. Designed for comfort, the villa features quality bedding, smart TVs in all rooms, as well as a fiber optic internet connection. In addition, a cistern is available, a valuable asset in the face of frequent city water cuts. The villa extends over two levels: On the first level, you will find: A spacious living-dining room with dining area, A fully equipped open kitchen, A back kitchen with American fridge, An office, A TV room, which is a small independent outbuilding accessible from the entrance terrace. This TV room has a sofa bed, perfect for an extra bed for teenagers. All rooms are air-conditioned, guaranteeing optimal comfort. Next to the kitchen, accessible from the living room, a beautiful shaded terrace awaits you, offering a beautiful sea view, ideal for outdoor lunches and to admire the beautiful sunsets of the island. On the lower level, you will discover all the bedrooms, bathrooms and the pool: The master bedroom, spacious with more than 30 m², offers a double wardrobe with safe, a shower area with double sink open to the bedroom, a bathtub and a separate private toilet. Two other bedrooms share a bathroom (shower) with double sink and a separate toilet with sink. All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners and smart TVs. The house also benefits from a fiber internet connection, ideal for videoconferencing. The pool is accessible directly from the master bedroom, but also by a small outdoor path from the living room terrace. The villa is located in a private and secure property, considered one of the most popular places in the Bay. Its location is perfect for a stay in Saint-Martin, just a 5-minute drive to Orient Bay, Anse Marcel and Pinel Island. You will also have the opportunity to walk to "Petite Plage" and enjoy a swim facing the Rocher Créole, placing you in the heart of the most beautiful beaches on the French side of the island. Other things to note The villa has a cistern. In the event of a water outage, we can connect the villa to the cistern so as not to be penalized. You will not have a water outage. We provide all our guests with sheets, towels, beach towels and a hair dryer. We also provide adapters for plugging in phone or laptop chargers from the USA. In order to clarify any questions for people with reduced mobility, the floor does not have bathrooms and the pool is on the lower level, as well as the bedrooms. As for the capacity of the house and so you can have a great stay, we can accommodate up to 8 people although the house offers only 3 bedrooms using the sofa bed in the TV Room. But beware, the TV room has no dressing room or bathroom, which is why we recommend it only for teenagers. Young children cannot sleep in this room because it is an outbuilding with its own independent entrance.
