Take a look at the fabulous view from our unit, you will hear the waves every minute of every day. Your patio is so close to the ocean that you can actually throw a coconut and hit the water. I have done it! This is the PERFECT location for your stay in America's Tropical Paradise. We are constantly doing updates & recently added a new memory foam sofabed, new king mattress, new patio set and new stove all in Jan. 2026. You will NOT find a nicer condo for this price anywhere on the island. The space This condo is a spacious 550 sq feet. This unit has a premium, whisper quiet split A/C unit, and a ceiling fan, but with the constant tropical breezes many people don't even use the A/C. There is a large SmartTV for streaming and WI-FI is available also. This condo is situated in a fabulous location on the property, close to everything, but with more privacy being in the southernmost building. With a southeast facing patio you will have comfortable shade as other units bake in the afternoon hot sun. We pride ourselves on providing maximum bedroom comforts with quality sheets and mattresses. A great night's sleep leads to a great vacation day. Brand new King mattress and Queen Sofabed in Jan 2026! Beach towels, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers are all provided for your enjoyment and less for you to pack. Laundry facilities are located right in your building very convenient to your unit. There are additional laundry facilities in Villa 16. Laundry tokens are purchased from the condo office between Villa 16 and 17 near the oceanfront pool. Guest access You will have access to the entire property. There are 2 more pools and 2 tennis/pickle ball courts at the adjacent property that you also have full access to. Our condo complex is easy walking access to two great restaurants. Mim's Seaside Bistro is open for dinner and is located on the property. Iggie's Oasis is a great restaurant at the Bolongo Bay Beach Resort just 200 yds down the beach. Very good food and affordable prices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The resort also offers catamaran sailing trips, a PADI dive shop that offers scuba classes and spa services all for a fee. There is a sunset sail and a snorkeling trip to Buck Island to swim with Turtles. Contact the resort for availability. Other things to note We have been vacationing in the US Virgin Islands since 1996 and finally decided in 2016 to purchase a vacation condo there. This studio is our second unit. We also have TWO 2 bedroom units located poolside in Villa 16 and Oceanside in Villa 17. St Thomas / St John USVI is America's tropical paradise (no passport needed). If you rent multiple units from us we can accommodate up to 20 total guests. Although we are new to being locals and owners on the island, we have been coming here for YEARS. We know all the good restaurants and which ones are rip offs. We know where to get the best price on groceries and which are the best beaches. We know which tours and activities are worth doing and which are tourist traps. We know which days are the best to shop in town to avoid the cruise ship crowds and which stores are the best. We know many "hidden" gems that will make your vacation experience one to remember for a lifetime....and we know you will be coming back to stay with us again soon.
