The house has a large open living room, 16 ft ceilings and walls of french doors that open onto a large fully furnished wrap around veranda with it's unobstructed views of the private beach and the blue waters of the caribbean. The house has a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and all the amenities of home. Three of the bedrooms have queen sized beds & ensuite bathrooms, two have french doors that open onto the veranda. A fourth pass through bedroom has two twin beds. With 2200 sq. ft of indoor living space and a further 800 sq. ft of covered veranda, the Coral House is perfect for a romantic couple seeking peace and privacy or a small family looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the "real world". The coral reef in front of the house offers world class snorkeling and we can help arrange scuba diving, boat fishing trips, picnics on deserted islands or you can choose to do nothing but relax in a shady hammock with a good book. A large sunbathing/star gazing deck is built over the water, enjoy cooling breezes as you look at the fish and the coral reef below, enjoy sunsets over the cays and skies full of stars at night. THE HOUSE IS 3 MILES FROM UTILA TOWN AND IS BOAT ACCESS ONLY (NO ROADS), SO PEACE AND PRIVACY IS ASSURED. The home is one of only a 30 or so houses spread along 3 miles of beach front. We will stock the house with your favorite food and drinks prior to your arrival and our onsite property managers offer a full concierge type service. Those who enjoy snorkeling, diving, kayaking, laying in a hammock and stargazing, will love the Coral House. Those seeking tourist hoards, karaoke, hard rock cafe's etc. will not enjoy it. Rental includes pick up from Utila town on your arrival day and return boat trip to town on check out day (no boat transfers at night). Rental also includes a $100 per week electric credit.
