Villa Avalon is a well appointed luxurious and rare ocean front property. All bedrooms boast a comfortable King size bed and private ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need. The main living is outdoors in this villa, with 180 degree ocean view as you lounge, dine or sunbathe. Enjoy beach and mountain view from the main patio and breathtaking mountain and volcano views from the lookout. This villa offers ocean front living at it's best. The space Ocean front, cliff side, villa, with stunning ocean views. Hot summer sun year round! Lots of shaded lounging areas. There is a safe lookout, but no fence or gate at end of the property. Not suitable for young children. Guest access The entire villa, pool and grounds are private and available for guests to enjoy during their stay. However, please note that the rental rate is discounted for couples and singles who only require the use of one bedroom during their stay. Other bedrooms will not be made available for reservations for 1 or 2 guests. Please be sure to indicate the actual total number of guests staying at the villa to ensure your accommodation needs are met. Other things to note Linens are included and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. There is also an Iron and ironing board available. Walking distance to beach ( 5 min ). Walking distance to View Point Restaurant (less than 3 minutes). Walking distance to grocery (15 minutes/less than 5 minutes drive). Driving distance to shopping (10-25 minutes). Driving distance to airport (less than 30 minutes). We help you arrange for car rental /pick up from airport on arrival - please inquire if needed. We also arrange dinner on arrival and basic food stocking services. Our goal is to make your stay at Avalon your most memorable and enjoyable stay on Montserrat, or anywhere for that matter. If there is anything we can do to make your stay even more memorable, please let us know. There is a minimum 7 night stay December to March and 4 nights minimum stay April to November. Please note that pricing is discounted for singles and couples needing only one bedroom. If needing additional bedrooms, please reserve as follows: 1 bedroom - 1-2 guests 2 bedrooms - select a minimum of 3 guests 3 bedrooms - select a minimum of 4 guests While you are renting the villa privately, only the bedrooms rented will be open, based on number of guests indicated in the reservation.
