Beautiful bungalow on a private road, walking distance to the beach,calm neighborhood. Acces to Wifi , cable , Trampoleen , very large yard , BBQ , outside Dog Kennel , Bonfires..... i prefer Booking Weekly from Saturday to Saturday, Check in at 4 Check out at 10am Very close to Shediac ( Parlee Beach , Restaurants , Grocerie Store ,Marina , 30 min from Moncton city mall , theatre ,45 magic Mountain Allowed to bring air mattress or tents for more guests , The space Its very close from everything .. School park , Restaurants , Beach , Marina's , Grocerie Store , water parks , Zoo...... Guest access Full Yard , Private road to beach Deck Trampoline Bbq Bonfire Pit propane Bonfire pit gazebo whicker set Full House Other things to note Keep in mind very important ..My deck is not freshly painted as the stain just doesnt last , also some boards needs replacement , But as it is a At your own risk place to rent it should not affect your vacation as it is still safe to be on it !! its SUMMER yes Bee Nest might appear ( we are just a call away to remove and make it safe for you ! walking distance is a SHALLOW BEACH , we do swim there , its great for morning walks , night walks , dogs to run , and also to just enjoy the peace fullness ! Their are plenty of Beaches around to enjoy also :) id appreciate it if Dogs with long hair wouldnt sleep on beds as it makes it harder to clean for the next guests . If ANYTHING you need isnt there or need help with etc , i am always just a text or call away and can mostly be there with 45 min after 3 or weekends !
