This newly renovated condo has a modern, stylish and super comfortable living and dining area with gorgeous new furnishings, a flat screen Smart-TV and Blu-Ray DVD player, ceiling fan, a new A/C unit and slider to the outdoor balcony. A fully equipped brand new kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals and includes all new stainless steel appliances: gas stove, fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, small appliances, dishwasher and dishes/utensils/pots and pans. There is also a newly installed fresh water dispenser at the kitchen sink. The elegantly decorated bedroom has a comfy King size bed, quality linens, and a large closet with personal safe for securing small belongings. There is also a smart TV with Blu Ray DVD player for your viewing enjoyment. The street facing balcony looks over a quiet service road with a lush, tree-lined median and is a wonderful place to enjoy a beverage and the chatter of birds. The beachfront condo complex has a community shared heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, pretty garden seating areas and a path to the beach. Local activities like swimming, kayaking, biking, horseback riding, surfing, sailing, fishing, beach volleyball, tours and much, much, more are readily available. This is a third floor condo unit, accessed by three flights of stairs, there is not an elevator. Guest access Parking is provided on site. There is a 3 block walk to nearest bus stop. And cabs are easily accessible also. Other things to note As this is a private community condo association, there is a rental agreement that the condo association will need to be read and signed at the time of booking. We will ask you to provide a preferred email at the time of booking in order for us to send you the rental agreement for your review and signature. There is daily garbage removal, and weekly housekeeping. The Airbnb cleaning fee is based on a 30 night stay (because Airbnb does not have per day cleaning fee setting). If you stay for less than 30 nights during the offseason, we will adjust cleaning fee to the $9.50/day fee. If you stay for longer than 30 nights we will require the additional $9.50/day fee per every day over 30 nights. This will be an additional charge that will be requested at booking if your stay is over 30 nights. The path to the beach is secured by a gate. The gate is locked at sunset but there is a buzzer to notify security staff if you get locked out. No pets allowed.
