This Mexican village hosts 4 dive shops, 4 restaurants, and long stretches of beach. The space The house is yours - 7 decks with views of ocean and mountains. Downstairs the dipping pool is small - 5 ft by 6 ft and 2 ft deep. It's meant for cooling off with a book or a glass of wine. All 3 baths have showers and there is an outdoor shower as well. The path to the beach is at the entry gate. There is a covered driveway with a gate. Guest access Both floors have full kitchens and indoor dining. Pots, pans, dishes are all provided. Internet: A new cell tower makes It possible to have telephone and internet in Cabo Pulmo. Best option: bring a smart phone and use it as a hot spot for internet. Call you phone company before the trip and get best program for Mexico telephone, text, and internet. The TVs (one on each floor) are for playback only – no live TV. Bring DVD’s or other devices (bring device cord with usb or hdml connector). A/C is available ONLY in the 2 downstairs bedrooms. These relieve the heat in temperatures below 90 degrees. They depend on solar power and run only when the sunshine is adequate to refill the batteries (usually guests enjoy about 2 hours of A/C in both downstairs bedrooms each night). Guests often do not need it because sea breezes keep the house comfortable. There are fans in every bedroom. Bring groceries when you come from the airport. There are no grocery stores (or any shopping) in Cabo Pulmo. We suggest you rent a car at the Los Cabos airport. All the vendors are pretty good. Wait to buy insurance.
