The space This special home was green built in 2018. It’s roughly 1700 ft.² 2 bedroom 1 1/2 baths. Living area on main with 1/2 bath and gorgeous kitchen fully equipped for cooking delicious meals at home. Livingroom fireplace, 2 bedrooms and full baths/ jetted tub on upper floor. Wood floors and hand crafted timber beams give the home a rich cozy feel. Beautiful side yard that’s fenced in with lots of privacy, a front deck and a top master bedroom balcony deck. It’s sits high up on the hill, so you feel like you’re up in the trees with the birdies. So, if you love birds like me, you will be in heaven with the singing chorus that will awaken you each day. Another special perk of this property is that there is a beautiful and private fenced in side yard with hammocks to lounge in, a chiminea fireplace, grill and a patio dining area with umbrella. Please note that Airbnb automatically includes NC state (4.75%), county taxes (2.25%) and Occupancy tax (4%) into your invoice. Guests: Parties exceeding 4 guests will be charged an additional $25 per guest. This fee is to support our cleaner who works very hard to keep the home space beautiful for our guests. More guests means more time required to clean linens, etc. Pets Airbnb does NOT include Pet Fees and requires US to amend your invoice if you are traveling with a fur-baby. Up to 2 Pets (canines only, no felines) are welcome on a pre-approved basis and after our pet policy has been reviewed and agreed upon by our guests. Up to 2 Dogs are considered on a case by case basis. There is a $125 nonrefundable pet fee for reservations with a dog. Additional pets will be considered for an additional charge. Please pick up any waste from your dog, and he or she must be in a kennel or crate at all time the pet is in the home without the owner present. ***Please*** no pets on the furniture or beds. Unfortunately, (though we love them dearly) our furry friends dirty paws damage and dirty the linens, bedding & furniture. We Thank you for your cooperation! We strive to use only earth-friendly, plant based cleaning and toiletry products that are healthy for humans and our precious planet. Some months of the year we have an abundance of firewood available for use, there will be times when we are awaiting new wood from our local wood supplier.
