The space A spacious studio beachfront corner condo in a perfect location with a truly fabulous superior view is only what you will be renting. It is ideal to use as a home base to explore what Acapulco has to offer. There are no bedrooms. The beds are near to each other in the same area. (See our photos). There is a double bed, a single bed and a couch with a roll-out trundle that makes into another 2 single beds. They are best suitable for about 4 people. To our owners and their guest renters We inform that the Condominium will operate normally and communicate the internal measures for your peace of mind. Before COVID-19, our services are operating normally; We have taken precautionary measures suggested by the health authorities. • We have antibacterial Gel placed in common areas, service and administrative offices. • We have intensified cleaning in all areas and on general contact surfaces. • All the water in the Condominium is chlorinated. • Pool water is treated every day with required chemicals and chlorine. • By means of an infrared thermometer, the temperature of all persons entering the Condominium facilities will be measured. • If you want to take shelter in Acapulco during this health contingency, your apartment in this condo is a good option. For this occasion, the administration grants a 10% discount on the occupancy fee for a continuous stay of 14 days or more. Our 560 sq. ft. (52 sq. mtr.) condo is more than twice as large as the average hotel room. The two uniquely-designed A-shaped condo towers with interior atrium are 1980's vintage. There are a couple of complimentary 1980's vintage pool facilities and rudimentary gym beach-side for which you do not pay to use. Many hotels and condos in the tropics have common air conditioning duct work which usually attracts mold with its odor permeating throughout the building. Our building does not have such duct work, using instead individually-owned air conditioners in each private condo to pull in fresh sea air to be cooled. If you wish to rent an expensive United States 5 star chain hotel room or condo in a newer building up to a half-hour by taxi out of the city in Diamante, this is definitely not for you. Our very popular condo resort is usually busiest on weekends and holidays. December through March as well as July to mid August are the high-use seasons. The pools and the banks of elevators will be busy during peak holiday hours. We were lucky to find this condo. The condo directly faces the ocean and the view was unbelievable. The room was perfect, clean, and large. I was initially concerned the space would be very small since it was listed as a studio...but it was very large....lots of space. We absolutely loved the location. We enjoyed walking along the strip everyday. We were so happy with the condo, location, pool, beach, everything!!! We will definitely be back. (52 sq. mtr.) studio plus terazza (balcony) is totally private in that no one, not even other building's occupants can look into the condo. Guest access Valet guest parking available at about 100 pesos per day. Reservations advised during holidays. Although you will be renting only our condo, there are 2 complimentary (free) guest pools for you to use at your own risk with free poolside/beachside palapas and free WiFi in the lobby and in cabana and pool areas. As mentioned within your Airbnb instructions in Your Itinerary once you book, you must ask reception staff for the current wifi password. There is no wifi in our condo unless you wish to purchase a thumb modem from Telmex or another similar outlet to plug into your laptop computor . There is a rudimentary gym on the pool level which is complimentary. There are about 5 restaurants as well as a poolside cabana for drinks, light snacks or lunch for which you have to pay for the food and drinks that you order. Free access off this level for the free public beach in addition to other public beach access a block either way off the beach avenue. There are numerous complimentary palm-frond palapas with loungers surrounding the pools on resort property. Other things to note Please be kind, be calm and be safe as your behaviour and the behaviour of your group is your responsibility. Important! Please read the following before reserving our beach condo: There is a mandatory daily maid service and utility occupancy fee to be paid at the property which is normal for condos in Acapulco. We have already lowered your nightly rental price to off-set your daily maid service, our agent's towel and linen and daily utility fees. This fee is payable by credit card or cash by you. IMPORTANT! THE FEEs MUST BE PAID BY YOU DIRECTLY TO our on-site managers. Ask CONDO RECEPTION at time of check-in in Acapulco where there office is just inside the lobby. These fees are solely between our on-site agent, the reception counter and you and not us.  This per condo cost is based on the following 2020 rates as set by the LTG Condo Owners Association board daily cleaning fee: - For up to 2 persons about MXN 295 pesos for the condo per night. - For up to 4 persons about MXN 322 pesos for the condo per night Plus our on-site agent's fees: Linen, bath towels, hand soap, dishes and cooking utensils. Please do not reserve our condo if you are not willing to pay these fees imposed by LTG Condo Owners Association board at time of check-in. This daily fee is not considered part of our rental rate as listed in our Airbnb webpage. Please note that our on-site agents fee for linen, towels (except pool towels), soap provided by our agents are paid for by guests. Also, pool towels may be available with a refundable deposit upon their return to the condo manager`s staff office. We highly recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance that covers your cost of renting the condo, accidental damage to the condo and medical insurance for yourselves.
