Peaceful Kannapolis Colonial Home

Spacious private bedroom and private bathroom with a private entrance in a charming colonial home built in 1964. Guests from all backgrounds welcomed! The room was remodeled in July 2021 to provide guests with a more up-to-date, comfortable space. This Airbnb is best suited for the solo traveler or easy-going couple. I may be able to be flexible with check-in/out times, pending other reservations, so feel free to ask! The space My home is located about 30 minutes from Uptown Charlotte and only a few minutes away from Concord, NC. I-85 can be accessed within 10 minutes or less. The neighborhood is a hidden gem in Kannapolis. I have never had any safety concerns in the years I’ve lived here. The area has a country feel but is close to downtown Kannapolis (shops, restaurants, ballpark, research center, breweries). Guest access Shared private driveway- plenty of room for parking. I will send more detailed parking instructions and pictures when you book. You also have access to your own microwave, mini fridge, toaster, dishes, electric burner for cooking, and a coffee maker. If you need additional cooking items or tools, please ask. During your stay I am happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay, by phone or in person. Other things to note No hosting of events (weddings, parties, etc.) is permitted.
