Within a 5 minute drive are cute little country stores and a pizza shop and liquor/wine store. Withing 15 minutes is everything else, from beaches to the town of East Hampton. Easy to get to Montauk or Sag Harbor in either direction about 20-25 minutes. The house is located on a private street that only residents will drive on so very light traffic and noise. No late night parties as it's a quiet residential neighborhood, but also on slightly under an acre so there is a lot of privacy. Perfect for small family or two couples with a kid or a 5th wheel friend. Very quiet neighborhood and a great escape from the city. Come relax and enjoy! The owner is a former TV executive who runs a private sports organization based in the Hamptons. He is also on the faculty at St. John's University and has background check certifications for his work tutoring in NYC public schools.
