Beautifully Renovated 1 Bedroom apartment. You will feel like you stepped into the Lap of Luxury with this Apartment. A rare find on AirBnB and looking for guests who will enjoy this apartment like their own home. The space Clean and beautifully decorated with a bright and warm feel. Large shower with multiple settings and the bathroom that is comfortable for two. You will feel right at home with everything you needed. Cook our own breakfast and have coffee on our darling private patio right off the living room. The Condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). The gated community is safe and comes with your own covered parking spot. This condo is easy to get in and out. It is also just a short walk to the pool, which also has comfortable lounge chairs to rest on and enjoy the warm Las Vegas weather. Please note that the community pools and hot tub is close for the winter season in October and typically reopen around March or April, depending on the weather. While the Clubhouse pool area remains accessible for residents using the gym, the pool itself is not heated and not recommended for swimming during this time. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Due to a previous guest damaging the sofa bed, it is not available for use. We are working to get it fixed or replaced as soon as possible. The mail and mailbox are not available. There's an extra charge for using the baby crib NO PET POLICY: We have a strict no pet/animal policy due to past experiences with allergies and potential property damage. We understand the importance of pets to many travelers, but unfortunately, we cannot accommodate them at this time. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this policy during your stay. Unauthorized Pet Penalty will be a minimum of $200 or $20 per day whichever is greater. If the property has any signs of pet staying here, you will be charged additional for the cleaning fee or repairs or replacement of anything we deemed necessary to get the unit in the condition prior to your arrival.
