The space Casa Brisa Cuernavaca, located in the Burgos de Cuernavaca subdivision, is a modern and completely enclosed 500 m² property, located in the exclusive Burgos Cuernavaca residential area, with access control and private security 24/7, so you can enjoy it with total peace of mind. Our single-story California-style house is surrounded by a lush green garden and features a large 14m x 4m pool with built-in Jacuzzi — the perfect place to cool off or sunbathe. We offer the optional pool heating service (requires booking 48 hours in advance), ideal for enjoying the water at pleasant temperatures even in winter. Relax in the palapa with wooden furniture and prepare your meals in the outdoor wooden and steel sink. For fun, enjoy our multi-game table: foosball, pool, ping pong and fantasy hockey, with all equipment included (refundable deposit requested). In addition, board games such as chess, dominoes and darts await you for evenings full of entertainment. The open kitchen with central island is equipped with everything you need: modern appliances, cookware for 10 people, and a welcome kit with complimentary essentials for your convenience. All three bedrooms offer impeccable double beds with hypoallergenic pillows, protected mattresses for maximum hygiene and comfort, and "Turbo Fan" fans. Since October, all have optional mini-split air conditioning, at an additional cost. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom, 42” smart TV with Roku, and direct access to the pool. The living room and dining room are cozy spaces to share, with a smart TV and fast internet connection. The house is designed to offer privacy and integration with sliding anti-noise gates and mosquito nets in all areas. Guest access The house is completely private for you and your guests. All common areas, pool, palapa and gardens are exclusively for your enjoyment. The cleaning staff only accesses between reservations to keep the place spotless. Check-in can be autonomous with a keypad and electric lock, whenever requested. The parking lot is roofed for two medium-sized cars, and the street inside the subdivision is very safe with a security booth with an access key and continuous surveillance. In more than 6 years, the time we have owned the property, we have not had any incidents. We follow Airbnb's advanced cleaning program and perform regular fumigations to keep the environment free of insects and pests. We now accept pets too!
