New England charm outside, modern inside. 2 full baths: one on each floor, and the spacious top floor Master Suite is like a separate apartment on its own. Spacious, ample free parking on driveway, washer/dryer, a porch, a yard,top speed wifi, 2 large new smart TVs with lots of apps:one on each floor. The space Beautiful-and-spacious 3 bedroom apartment on 2 levels in a nice house in a beautiful, safe and upscale neighborhood within walking distance to downtown Portsmouth. Sleeps 6, very clean. We wanted this place to be a very special place that you would love, and want to return to again and again. Walk to downtown Portsmouth; in an upscale, beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The property is very close to almost everything that the charming-and-fun filled Portsmouth and the Seacoast New Hampshire have to offer including all categories of shopping, restaurants/eateries/bars, cafes, entertainment, the gyms/athletic centers, the museums, the elegant Portsmouth Public Library, the beaches, the lakes, the mountains ( the White Mountains) and to all the major routes including the I-95, Routes 1, 1 Bypass, 33, 16, 4, 101,102, 103 and more. The main floor has a very spacious-and-airy open concept Living/dining/kitchen as well as 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The top floor is a beautiful-and-spacious Master Bedroom Suite that occupies the entire floor, and is like a separate apartment onto its own. This suite has a large full bath and a walk-in closet as well as a work/desk area with top speed high speed internet/wifi, a seating area and a sleeping area. This suite is very private, quiet, peaceful and independent from the rest of the apartment. This level has windows on all 4 sides, a cathedral ceiling, and once you shut the door at the bottom of the stairs, it is like an independent apartment onto its own. There is a queen size bed set in the sleeping area and the seating area has a love seat, comfortable rocking arm chairs and tables. The work/desk area in this Master Suite has a desk and a desk chair that our guests liked to use as a quiet work area that they can use with the top high speed internet/wifi. There is also second new Smart HD T.V. on this floor ( in addition to the one in the living area on the lower floor.) And the large full bath attached to this suite has lots of built-in storage shelves, a full size tub and shower, a very large pedestal sink and a toilet. The spacious walk-in closet in this suite was liked by many of our guests too. There is a small fridge in this Master Bedroom Suite, and once you shut the door at the bottom of the stairs, this is like a separate apartment onto itself giving you privacy and independence from the rest of the unit. The lower/main level has a very spacious Living/dining/kitchen area, 2 additional bedrooms and a full bath( in addition to the full bath in the top floor Master Suite.) This Living/dining/kitchen area is a very large open- concept space, and has a Living Room area with generous seating arrangements with a large cocktail table and a new Smart HD Fire TV with streaming capabilities and lots of apps. The dining area has an elegant 6 seater dining table that can be expanded and some dining chairs. There is a Breakfast Bar in the kitchen/dining area with 3 counter height chairs, a high-end GE Profile self-cleaning gas range/oven as well as a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a Keurig combo coffee maker with both the individual cup option as well as a large carafe option. The kitchen is equipped with all the kitchen essentials. The second bedroom which is on this floor is generously sized, and has an elegant queen size bedroom set complete with a queen size bed, a chest of drawers and 2 night tables as well as a work area that has a desk and an office chair. It also has a deep closet with lots of storage space, and it is well lit with lots of sun coming through the windows. The third/small bedroom has a lovely full size bed, a small closet and very pretty windows which bring in lots of sun. There is a porch with a seating area, a yard, and ample free parking on the driveway, and there is also free street parking. The neighborhood is really lovely, quiet and close to downtown. Our past guests really loved the neighborhood and the location, and walked to downtown for lots of fun action. There is some storage space in the basement that our guests can use and there is a dedicated full size washer/dryer set for this unit. The top speed wifi is very strong throughout the place. Living essentials including the kitchen and bathroom essentials, linens including all the towels and bed linens, a blow dryer, an iron, ironing boards, beach towels, etc. are provided so that our guests can start living fairly normal lives right away. The house gets lots of sun and breeze from all 4 sides. The top floor Master Bedroom Suite is a very pleasant space to sleep in with the breeze coming through the windows. And its large, beautiful bathroom with a full size tub and shower has lots of storage shelves, and the walk-in closet attached to this bedroom is very nice to have. But the privacy and the independence that this suite offers from the rest of the unit below is something many of our guests valued highly. I find this space to be very peaceful, quiet and serene: a perfect place to recharge, think and/or work. Living in a nice, breezy house with a yard and a New England style porch often seems to have its own charm and benefits as compared to living in apartment/condo buildings or complexes, and our guests seemed to find this location very walkable, convenient, and they really enjoyed walking around the beautiful neighborhood as well as to downtown. (Once again, All linens including the sheets, the towels, kitchen essentials, blow dryers, soaps, shampoos, an iron, ironing boards, etc. are provided for immediate and fairly normal living right away) Please view the pictures, and contact us. Guest access This is an entire apartment. So the guests have access to the entire unit as well as the porch, the yard, the basement and the driveway. Since the unit is in a house, there is no hassle dealing with parking in a garage or having to deal with issues that come with living in a large building or a complex. Guests are welcome to communicate with the responsive owner at all times.
