Surfside Luxury Beach Front Villa with Ocean View

Surfside Villa is a beautifully decorated recently renovated Ocean View 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located within Palmas del Mar resort in Humacao, PR; built in 1973. We are 55 minute drive from the Luis Munoz Marin International Airport. The Villa is fully equipped with new bedding, linens, towels and kitchenware. Located in the Beach Village community with access to all resort amenities such as golf courses, beach, marina, tennis courts, restaurants and more! The space The villa has 806 SF of construction, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an ocean view patio. Surfside Villa is across the street from the community pool, Golf courses and 2-minute walk to the Beach. You’ll love the cozy layout and top-notch furnishings this villa offers. Surfside Villa comfortably sleeps 4. The second level Villa has an open concept layout that connects the kitchen bar, living room, kitchen, and ocean view patio. The living room has a comfy sleeper sofa, one recliner, and flat-screen TVs with Firesticks. The ocean view patio has a 4-people outdoor dining table great for a morning coffee. The Beach Village subdivision of Palmas del Mar was built in 1973 however, I have decorated the Villa more contemporary and modern to these days! Guest access I do have flexible Check ins and the Lockbox code will be given to our guests a day before check in. We have only one parking space assigned by the BV administration, visitors parking is "first come, first serve" for 4 hours only. If they are occupied, your visitor must park in the Hotel Wyndham pay parking lot. Upon arriving, use the visitors side of the security gate drive up. The first time they will issue you a paper pass to keep in your windshield, after that they will automatically open the gate. The blue bracelet located on the kitchen counter gives you access up to 4 people to open the gate at the community pool. Please leave the bracelet on the kitchen counter upon check out. Thank you! Other things to note We recommend you rent a car at the airport to go to places around the areas outside of the property and resort; the Best Car Rentals Companies are located at the airport, no shuttle needed. In the resort, you can rent a golf cart to move around with beautiful views. A list of Golf cart rental companies is provided a week before your arrival. Arrival: Identifying your home: at Beach Village security gate the security guard will want to know where you are staying. Your Villa will be recognized by the name: Beach Village V, Building #14, Villa #232. Upon arriving, use the visitors side of the security gate drive up. The first time they will issue you a paper pass to keep in your windshield, after that they will automatically open the gate. We have one parking space assigned by the BV Administration, the visitors parking spaces are "first come, first serve" for 4 hours only, if they are occupied, your visitor must park in the Hotel Wyndham parking lot. There is 1 visitor parking in front of Building 15. There are 2 parking spaces (with no numbers) next to #232. Trash: The trash area is located outside of the Villa (door to the right) and in front of the building to the left as you leave the Villa. Please take remaining trash out before you check out. Important Request: Our priority is the safety of all our guests. All occupants must be registered with the gate security guard, please provide your full name including guests that are 12 years and younger. Upon check out leave A/C units on 24. Leave the ceiling fan in the bedroom on and all the curtains open. Place the Villa keys back in the lockbox. Please be sure you leave the pool blue rubber bracelet on the kitchen counter. IMPORTANT: I provide local restaurants recommendations however, I am not responsible if you are not satisfied with the food or the service. I also provide clear instructions on how to get to the Property, if you need additional instructions, please let me know. The Villa is easy to get inside, is through a Key Box code, not everyone is ok with this system but is the system we use. The Property is completely Private. The resort has beautiful surroundings but there is limited things to do inside the resort therefore, I recommend you schedule tours to Vieques, Culebra, the Rainforest, the Bioluminescent Bay which are very close to the resort, max driving time is 45 minutes. I will update the photos as I make improvements, but the photos don't do the justice for this property however, they do match the descriptions provided. The resort is big, you cannot walk the same, I recommend you rent a golf cart to enjoy the views. The property is walking distance from the Beach. Palmas del Mar is extremely peaceful, is to rest, relax, recharge, if you are not looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation, I recommend you find an Airbnb in San Juan.
