This property is a top floor condo with two full bedrooms plus a loft bedroom. Cathedral ceilings with granite counters. Enjoy the cooling breeze and panoramic views from the top floor patio plus the barbecue area. Palm Gardens has a generous sized community pool area and is only a five minutes from the renowned Magens Bay Beach. The space This top floor condo has 2 full bedrooms and bathrooms with a loft bedroom. The units is furnished with a King bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in the second bedroom, a Queen Bed in the loft room, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials to cook, a dining area that seats up to 6 guests, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, AC, and a balcony/patio with barbecue to complete the unit. Guest Access The entire condominium belongs to you while you stay with us. Free wifi, smart TV, dish network Netflix/Hulu, linens, towels, beach chairs. 24 hour pool access, air conditioning. Private Chief and housekeeping is available. We can add single beds to any bedroom if needed at no extra cost. Please let me know ahead of time if you need a single bed. You can also visit other islands by taking ferries such as St.John, Water island, Lavango (private resort island), and British Virgin Islands. Ferry's run a few times a day but make sure to google their schedules. You can also do other activities such as boating, snorkeling, kayaking, zip lining, parasailing, spear fishing, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, and much more on island. Other Things to Note: ***PLEASE SHUT THE AC OFF WHEN YOU ARE NOT HOME, THANK YOU!*** THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY, NO PARTIES OR GATHERINGS ALLOWED. PLEASE KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM. Other things to note We pay 5 times the amount for electricity and water in the Virgin Islands. So please be mindful about leaving the AC off when you are not at home, thank you.
