On a cul-de-sac, this spacious home offers formal living room and dining, family room, one downstairs bedroom and full bath, and three upstairs bedrooms including the master suite. This centrally located property has just been completely renovated with finely appointed details including soft designer color, wood tile flooring, light granite and quartz counters, custom wood cabinetry, new blinds throughout, plush carpet in bedrooms and upstairs, mirrored closet sliders, new lighting throughout including track lighting on high ceiling, new HVAC system, interior and exterior paint with dark bronzed door handles, stamped concrete driveway and rear patio, new sod in back yard. Large master bedroom has double door entry and behind custom hanging privacy glass slider is the master bath which features new quartz counters over custom vanity, new lighting and mirror with large glass shower enclosure and quartz bench, a walk-in closet and private toilet room. The large rear patio makes for great outdoor living space with new sod and plants. Property is closely situated to Costco, Sprouts, Starbucks, Banking, restaurants, shopping, and transportation including quick access to 880, 680 and 101 freeways, and in the neighborhood of the San Jose Municipal Golf Course. Serenity Executive Rentals is a professional hosting company with multiple homes in the area. All of our homes are furnished and decorated to the same high standard. BEDS Room 1/Master: 1 Queen, 2 Twin (trundle bed) - upstairs, attached full bathroom Room 2: Queen - upstairs Room 3: 2 Twin/Single - upstairs Room 4: 1 Twin/Single - downstairs, full bathroom just outside in the hall ACCESS The home is equipped with a keyless combination lock for easy access. For added security, the code changes after every guest. KITCHEN The kitchen should be amply equipped to comfortably cook and serve guests up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We provide an initial supply of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt/pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods (if applicable), trash bags, sponges and paper towels. BATHROOMS There should be enough clean towel sets (bath & hand towels, wash cloths) for every guest up to the maximum occupancy at the home. We also provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. There should be at least one hair dryer in one of the bathrooms. LAUNDRY A washer and dryer are available in the garage for guest use, along with an initial supply of laundry detergent and liquid bleach. PARKING Guests may park in the driveway or on the street. Please make note of any posted parking restrictions. The garage is currently unavailable for guest parking. ENTERTAINMENT The home is equipped with hi-speed WiFi, an HD TV, and Hi-Def basic cable. HEATING/COOLING This home is equipped with heat and AC. ENHANCED CLEANING PROTOCOLS IN PLACE This home is professionally disinfected between every reservation. ~~ All our homes feature keyless entry and unattended self-check-in ~~ All windows and doors are opened during cleaning to circulate fresh air ~~ Our cleaners wash their hands with soap and water before cleaning and wear disposable gloves while they clean ~~ We clean with soap and detergents first, and then disinfect with hospital quality disinfectant ~~ We give special attention to high-touch areas such as appliances, handles, switches, door and cabinet knobs, remote controls, faucets etc. ~~ We wash all linens, including duvet covers and blankets EXTRA SERVICES/OPTIONS Upon advance request and approval, we can arrange to have the following items added to your reservation for your stay. If this property is not a fit, contact us about our other homes. AGREEMENT ADDENDUM: The following serves as an addendum to the reservation and rental agreement entered into between the parties via the website of the company used to complete the reservation, as well as its affiliate sites. HOUSE RULES * No smoking. * No parties/events/gatherings. Only the people listed at the time of booking are allowed to be on the property without prior written permission. * No pets unless explicitly indicated as allowed in the listing. * Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. * No using fireplace(s) unless explicitly stated as OK in the Renter's Guide. * No burning anything inside or outside of the home, including candles/ incense. * Do not bring any barbecue equipment to the home. * Do not move any of the furniture or décor. * Do not put coffee grounds or large food scraps in the sink. All food items should be scraped into the trash. * Guests are responsible for following garbage protocol outlined in Renter's Guide, and maintaining the cleanliness of the home during their stay. BOOKING POLICIES * Stays of 3 weeks or more require professional cleanings every 2 weeks. There is an additional charge per cleaning per home/unit, which be collected after the reservation is confirmed as booked. * Reservation cancellations: As per booking website. We do not offer refunds beyond those outlined in the cancellation policy on the booking website. * Reservation changes: we take changes only at our discretion, and may charge a change fee. * Reservation may not be resold or sublet. Only the persons/group identified at the time of booking are allowed to stay at the property. * Renter may be required to sign a separate rental agreement with the property manager upon booking. EXTRA CHARGES FOR RULE VIOLATIONS * Excess mess within the home beyond reasonable use: $75 per extra hour required to return the home to the condition it was in upon your arrival. (The pre-paid cleaning fee covers 2 hours of our cleaners' time.) * Garbage: not putting bins out for collection, putting waste in the incorrect bins resulting in the city not collecting, or leaving excess garbage in this home: $50 for each violation. * Unauthorized parties/events/gatherings: immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and extra charges for deep cleaning and damages. * Noise complaints from neighbors: $300 per complaint, eviction after second complaint. * Smoking: immediate eviction, forfeiture of rent, security deposit, and $250 fee for odor removal. * Using fireplace or burning candles, incense inside the home: $150, plus any damages caused by doing so. * Using a barbecue grill at the home (unless explicitly indicated as okay in the guide): $150, plus any damages caused. * Rearranging furniture: $250 plus any damages. * Replacement keys: varies dependent upon the cost of replacement. Minimum $100, maximum $250. Guests have exclusive access to the home and grounds. Garage is not currently available for guest parking. For your privacy and comfort, we are not on site. However, we are very responsive hosts and are just a text, email, or phone call away if anything comes up.
