The space Our 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is designed to be the perfect relaxing beach getaway. Complete with automated lights, speakers, and TVs, which can be controlled through the Nest Assistants found throughout the villa. An elegant space with understated coastal decor. Much of the artwork in the villa was created by North Carolina artists and artisans. Our large deck has plenty of room to relax, dine, or play games. Guest access Guest have unrestricted access to the villa and all of the amenities located on the property. Other things to note Upon arrival, guests must call us initially so that we can open the entry gate remotely. From there, guests must use the entry card to be able to enter through the gate. Gate card will be provided upon entering the unit. Smart door lock allows guest entry to the villa. The gate entry card can be found on the kitchen counter. When you leave, please leave the entry card on the counter. If the card is removed, the cost of replacement to the guest is $50. We offer a Friday to Friday stay, which allows guests to enjoy less traffic coming in and out, as well as a full weekend at the beach!
