Meals are more enjoyable when enjoyed sitting on the shaded patio off the three season porch. Savor the quietness of neighborhood while watching the wildlife. We have set this home up to be an ideal, fully furnished rental/second home for our family, so there is high speed internet, full (equipped) kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge. Plenty of dishes to make your Thanksgiving or Christmas dinners. There is a washer/dryer in the basement for your convenience. With the location being 5-15min to the three local hospitals, this home is ideal for medical or other corporate professionals working in the area. Guests can access the home though the electronic keypad on the porch door. Guests will enjoy entire use of the house, nothing is shared. Getting to know the needs of guests and meeting them to the best of my ability is an absolute joy however, I like to leave guests to their work/family/enjoyment of the area. Located in-between two local parks with boat ramps. This is a prime location being that it's a quick trip downtown, but also to the outskirts of town. Javon Bea hospital is 15min away, but Swedish American and St. Anthony are both under 10 minutes. Sportscore is 15min away. Parking on the driveway. This home requires guests to be able to navigate steps into and around in the home. It's a great set up for families as well as traveling professionals as the house nestled in a quiet residential area that offers quick access to the various areas of town.
