Our family-friendly spacious 3 bedrooms townhouse with garage is located right in the middle of beautiful Invermere. Only a block off main street, all the shops and restaurants are at your doorstep. About 10 minutes walk to Kinsmen Beach as well as Mt Nelson Athletic Park. Within few minutes drive you can get to James Chabot Provincial Park, golf courses & a lots of hiking/biking trails. Beautiful mountain views and a partial lake view. ➢ 1 single car garage (the door is low so trucks and large SUV's won't fit, cars and most minivans will fit just fine) ➢ 1 parking space in front of the garage & plenty of free street parking ➢ Storage for skis, golf clubs, paddleboard and other equipment is available in the garage or the area under the stairs on the entry level ➢You can use our bike to stroll into town. There is a lock on it with a key. Thanks for bringing them back all in one piece ➢Laundry room with Washer/Dryer (located on the entry level) Other things to note DEEP CLEANING PROCEDURES -Our technicians will have personal protective equipment to completely clean then disinfect each room of the home -Cleaning and disinfecting of all frequently touched areas to include all hard surfaces, tables, chairs, doorknobs, light fixtures facets, toilets, bathtubs, artifacts, mirrors, large and small appliances, all cupboard doors, electronics, remote controls etc. -We use disinfectants that have a Drug Identification Number (DIN) and a Bleach water solution (20ml Bleach to 980ml Water) Clean cloths are exchanged frequently. -After guests remove all garbage and recycling, all containers shall be cleaned and disinfected -All single use items such as but not limited to shampoo, body soap, toothpaste, sugar packets etc will be discarded. -All items left by guests shall be discarded -Plush chairs and drapes, throw pillows will be sanitized/steam cleaned along with blinds -All walls will be rid of debris and spills Registration details Municipal registration number: S09844001 Provincial registration number: H119295398
