The space “W” check-in: - Upon arrival, please inform the valet that you are staying in the Owner’s residence. Make your way through the West or Tower II entrance just beyond sliding double doors - Turn left, walk down the zig-zag tiled water wall feature. There you will find a Residential Desk agent who will help you check-in from 9 am to 9 PM. - If you come after that you will need to go to the hotel’s main check-in located on the 4th floor. You will have to pay a $25 charge for that service so try to avoid that. - You can also call them directly - Best ask the valet for directions when you check-in Resort FEEs - All guests will be required to pay a daily fee of $62.15 (total for the group) +tax to the resort and this will include: (RESORT FEES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE) - Beach Chair Service ( 2 chairs and an umbrella) - Fitness Classes / Gym - Bike rental - 2 water bottles at the beach and Access to the West wing pool 📌 To use the W’s east wing pool a $125 fee per day per person will be required.
