Our beautiful Gulf of Mexico beach is back. After a multi-million dollar renourishment program our beach is better than ever. In recent reviews there is mention of limited beach access, however this is definitely not a concern now, as you walk right onto the sand. It doesn't get better than this!! In front of your own under building parking, is a large storage closet with 2 bicycles, fishing poles, beach chairs, bogie boards, and other sand toys for little ones. In the condo itself, you will find a very comfortable living room area that will quickly feel like home. The whole condo features cool tile floors and modern furniture with a tropical 'feel' to make your Florida vacation feel exactly right. There is a Murphy bed and a sleeper sofa for the extra guest. We have all new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom has been remodeled. You can open the doors into the lanai to expand your living space with a large table and seating for dinner, card games, margaritas or what ever suits you, while enjoying the expansive view of the gulf. There are numerous wonderful choices for dining both on the key and within just a few miles. The local restaurants are fun and reasonably priced. On Manasota Key are many restaurants and bars with a variety of live music. Even more enjoyable is that there are shuttles that will come and pick you up at your door and drive you to and from these wonderful establishments. Call Lock and Key or Sand Bar Restaurant, or Stumpy's Free Ride for this great shuttle service. Enjoy the nightlife!! There is a two week minimum booking required by the condo association. Our HOA requires you to fill out an information sheet acknowledging the condo rules prior to your stay. as well as a copy of the driver's license of the primary guest. During turtle season, the unit's blinds must be closed from sunset to sunrise. Outdoor lighting is not to be used unless amber in color. This is a no-smoking property. No smoking is allowed inside nor outside while on the community's property. We have a beautiful beach just steps away. In addition to water activities, the bay and gulf include activities such as paddle-boarding, kayaking, fishing, dolphin and sunset cruises, boating, golfing, biking, and jet-skiing, to name a few. There are public beaches both just north and south of the condo and a state park just a short ride away if you care to try something new. The key has five restaurants and two public parks with basketball and a playground. We’re looking forward to your stay.
