Whale Watch Villa on Middle Caicos @ Mudjin Harbor

Whale Watch Villa on Middle Caicos is the place to go if you want to get away from it all and be off the grid! No hustle and bustle on this island. Our newly renovated house is clean and comfortable with a very beachy vibe. We also are excited to announce our newly completed pool (the only one on Middle Caicos!) If you are looking for a night scene, you may want to stay on Providenciales. If you are looking to relax and explore, you have come to the right place! The space Whale Watch has 3 bedrooms and a loft. All the bedrooms have AC and a bathroom. There is also AC in the living room and an outdoor shower. Lots of deck space to enjoy the views and relax, and the only pool on Middle Caicos. We have a washer and dryer, so no need for overpacking! You will be flying into Providenciales airport and then taking a taxi to the ferry. On your way to the ferry, you can have the taxi stop at the IGA grocery store to grab some groceries. If you prefer to have the house pre-stocked prior to your arrival, our house manager can arrange your grocery shopping for an additional fee...but well worth it! Once you get to North Caicos, you will get your rental car (they will give you a map and directions to Mudjin Harbor/Dragon Cay) and you will drive from North to Middle Caicos, which is connected via a causeway. Our property manager will greet you at the house for your orientation. **Please note that there is a mandatory gov't tax of 12% that will be added and a $100 cleaning fee. We kindly ask that you turn off the ac when you are not at the house and try to conserve the energy as electricity is 4x more expensive there. Water conservation is also important as water is collected through our cistern only when it rains. Otherwise we have to have water hauled in. Guest access The house will be open and someone from our property management team will meet you at the house once you arrive. Other things to note We have a new smart tv in the living room as well as many dvd's for guests to watch. If you would like to watch any shows/movies in particular, we suggest signing into your Netflix account or bringing your firestick or Apple tv device (or whichever device you have) and hook it to the tv for your convenience and enjoyment! No smoking or pets!
