The space The Space: This listing includes 3 bedrooms, One King, Two Queens, One Full Size, Galley Kitchen with bar, 1 bath downstairs, 1 Jack-n-Jill bath upstairs with soaking tub and shower, den with large TV, and a 750 square foot L shaped deck on the back/side of the house. No animals of any kind are permitted on the property. Due to the host’s family being allergic to animal hair and dander, the listing is strictly allergy-free. There are no exceptions to this rule, as any animal on the property poses a severe health hazard to the host’s family. If an animal is brought onto the property, you will not be permitted to check in. In addition, your reservation will be canceled and a cleaning fee will be imposed.
