My studio is ALWAYS a smoke-free unit—-PLEASE DO NOT REQUEST TO BOOK IF YOU SMOKE! Smoking outside is not an acceptable compromise--clothing and other belongings still leave the unit smelling of cigarette smoke. Pet Restricted--see Other Details below. No weather-related refunds provided unless officials suggest/mandate evacuation. Just 30-45 minutes is spent cleaning the average hotel room. I ALWAYS personally clean all my units and spend 3-4 hours minimum EVERY TIME cleaning and preparing each studio for my guests. You can feel safe and secure, knowing my standards are extremely high. I love my studios and I love taking care of my guests! I live only 2 miles away and am available to answer questions, help with area information, etc. However, I give my guests all the privacy they want! Daphne is a quiet, peaceful and safe, bay-side community with easy access to the larger cities of Mobile (7m), Pensacola, FL (45m) and Gulf Shores Beach (40m). Fairhope, our sister city 6 miles south on Hwy98, is consistently voted one of the best small towns to visit in the Southeast. Although you are only a mile or two from groceries, drug stores, restaurants and shopping, you'll need a car to navigate town! I reserve the right to prohibit any pet. The condo complex HOA By-Laws limit pets in the studios to one small dog (>20lbs). I further restrict the one small dog to non-shedding breeds (for cleaning and allergen purposes) and the pet must be crated when left alone. I prohibit any pet for business or student travelers—too much alone time for the doggie in a confined and strange location. Furthermore, guests who meet the above pet requirements must be willing to sign a separate Pet Agreement before the booking is finalized. While I do offer generous discounts for extended stays--including months long--please note, they are still priced by the day. I do not offer leases or have a "monthly rate." I provide hi-speed WiFi, Smart TV, and a Roku streaming media player with whatever channels it includes. I also have the most common apps downloaded (such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc) and am happy to add a favorite app so you can log in with your own account. In addition, guests who plan on watching a lot of TV will sometimes bring their own HDMI-compatible streaming device to plug into the TV. A flat-wall antenna enables watching of local channels and the major networks they host. There is no cable service provided.
