Both are quick and respectful of your space. Other than that, the home is entirely yours to enjoy! 😊✨ Other things to note 📜 Sonoma County Vacation Rentals Certificate: 2838N Sonoma County has strict short-term rental regulations designed to ensure a balance between visitors and year-round residents. Please be mindful of the following: 🔇 Noise & Music • No outdoor amplified sound—music must be played from inside the home. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM in accordance with Sonoma’s general noise standards. 🔥 Outdoor Fire Areas • All outdoor fire areas must be extinguished once no longer in use or by 10:00 PM, whichever comes first. 🏊 Pool Heating • The pool is solar heated (April–September) via rooftop solar panels, with temperatures fluctuating based on weather: • Apr: ~70-75°F • May: 70-80+°F • Jun-Aug: 80-86+°F • Sep: 75-85°F • Oct: 65-75°F • Optional Gas supplemental heating (Apr-Oct): Can be increased to 85-87°F for ~$50/day. • Gas heating (Nov-Mar): Available for ~$95/day with 24-36 hours’ advance notice. 📷 Security & Privacy • To protect the property when vacant, there are 4 exterior cameras (front door, rear door, pool, and garden). • For complete privacy, cameras are remotely turned off upon your arrival, or you can disable the system manually using an easy switch on-site.
