We have a private swimming pond with a sandy beach as well as a fire pit. Our deck boasts a propane grill and a beautiful view! Our mid-century home was recently updated but maintains its 1960’s charm. We have a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Our basement includes a recreation room with a pool table and wet bar. The space We have 27 private acres which include a swimming pond, playground, fire pit, and private trails. We border NYS land which has endless hiking trails and opportunities and chances to encounter beautiful Catskills wildlife. We are 15 minutes from Belleayre Ski Mountain! Other things to note Our house is up a big hill! Please drive up carefully, be aware of crossing wildlife, and use 4 wheel drive/snow tires in the winter. To book this home you must be 25 years or older. No hunting or weapons permitted on this property at any time.
