We border NYS land which has endless hiking trails and opportunities and chances to encounter beautiful Catskills wildlife. We are 15 minutes from Belleayre Ski Mountain! Other things to note Our house is up a big hill! Please drive up carefully, be aware of crossing wildlife, and use 4 wheel drive/snow tires in the winter.
