It has a full kitchen with gas range, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washer & dryer. We have high speed wifi, a 65" TV in the family room, as well as two more TV's in the bedrooms. Our private yard features a Day bed, BBQ, picnic table for outdoor dining, basketball hoop, and a TV. Just down the street are shops and a park. The space Our home is a standard, ranch style So Cal Home. The living room flows openly into the office, dining room and family room. The guest bedrooms are separated from the rest of the house with their own hallway door to reduce noise. Our office space is perfect for anyone who is working virtually. The house is very tech forward with hi-speed wifi, an electronic front door lock, Google Nest thermostat and google nest hub. Each TV has amazon fire tv for you to surf Netflix, Hulu, etc. with your personal TV accounts. The TV in our family room is equipped with a home theater sound system, perfect for movie nights. We cook a good deal at home so our kitchen is well equipped. Through our French doors is our private back yard, truly an outdoor living room for you to relax and enjoy the weather. There you can sit on the patio and watch TV on the outdoor TV (equipped with chrome cast), relax under our pergola on the day bed, exercise and practice yoga, or dine al fresco on our picnic table.
