Let us know how we can possibly make it more so! Great Wifi for work days, a fully equipped kitchen. Lots of table space. Great TV's in each room. You will need to complete a "Rental Application" (1pg) and acknowledge receipt of the "Rules & Regulations" of our Westbay Assn. at the time of booking. Guest access We have 2 spaces for car parking. The spaces are not reserved. You can also rent bikes, golf carts, and boats on this island. AMI beaches a few minutes away. We do have a 4 person golf cart and can discuss renting it to you for easier access on the island. Other things to note The property is a non-smoking property, even outside on the building lanai porches. Smokers may smoke outside near the manager’s office of this HOA.
