Our cottage is a new, clean place which is very comfortable to stay in. The bed is wonderful, and the kitchen has a gas stove that is great for cooking on! Other things to note The house is situated in a quiet area that is located near many things. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. The yacht harbor is a very short distance away and easily accessed by walking through our amazing Arana Gulch nature area. Everything is pretty much a 5 min. drive from the house. Visiting Capitola, UCSC, Delaveage Golf Course or The Boardwalk is simple and quick! You will have access to boogie boards and beach chairs. The cottage is equipped with everything you should need .
