It is quietly nestled in front of the Main house yet close to the pool and courtyard. This studio sleeps two adults and consists of a full refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink and coffee pot. This rental is less than a block from the beach. Guest access The courtyard and swimming pool is a shared area for you and other guests whom may be staying on the property. Other things to note Pool heater has an additional charge per day ($65.00). Temperature cannot be guaranteed Nov thru April due to fluctuation of weather. Heater has to be turned on one day in advance so there is a charge for that day as well. PLEASE NOTE..... that we are pet friendly and upon approval of a pet, there will be a PET FEE. If any of these fees are applicable for your stay then they will be added to the cost of your stay.
