We are a Superhost with proper city permits and we are listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us. This beautiful newly renovated apartment is clean and comfortable. It can sleep 6 people and includes 3 bedrooms, a living room, upper porch, dining room, one full bathroom, full working kitchen, back yard sitting area, and WiFi. We recently finished renovating this entire house. Everything is new and clean. Each bedroom has a bed, closet space and a dresser. The two larger rooms also have ceiling fans. The full kitchen has a stove, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, cooking items, cutlery and dishes. The dining room can seat six and the living room has a TV and access to Netflix. In the summer there is a back yard sitting area where you can enjoy hanging out or eating a meal. There is free driveway parking for one vehicle. Central air conditioning and heating. High speed Internet via WiFi is available. Check-in time is 4:00 or later. This first-floor apartment uses the front entrance only and utilizes an electronic lock with a supplied access code which is given out the day of your visit around 2:00. We send out information the day of your visit that will include all entry information and instructions. If you need anything we live on the same block so we are not too far away. We have a great neighborhood. All our neighbors know one another and we all keep an eye out for any issues. One of the neighbors cleans for us as well. We have a bus stop at the corner one house away and Uber, Lyft, Taxis are available. We strive to keep a clean space for our guests, but if we have missed something or you find an issue with our rental, please let us know right away. so we can take care of it for you.
