Quiet and private house 1/2 mile from the beach in Misquamicut, RI on the end of a dead end road. A short bike or car ride to the village and beaches of Watch Hill. Keep cool with the central AC or open the windows for ocean breezes. The space The main living area has a large room with 2 couches, a fireplace, a smart tv and a ping pong table :) The large kitchen opens up to a dining area that can seat up to 12 people. The main floor also has a small den with a 55" smart tv and a 1/2 bath. Outside is a large yard with a screened porch, a wrap around porch, an outdoor shower, a 42x18 pool and a 7 person hot tub. Beneath is a 2 car garage, always a plus on rainy days. The entire house is outfitted with Sonos speakers for your listening pleasure. We also have enhanced high speed wifi throughout the property. The master bedroom has a king size tempurpedic bed, en suite bathroom with tiled shower as well as a large walk in closet. The 2nd floor also has 2 queen bedrooms, a full bathroom and a separate laundry room. The top level boasts distant ocean views and an additional queen bedroom and a full bathroom. There is also a large open room for hanging out and a bunk bed. Other things to note The house comes with a beach parking pass for the Misquamicut Fire District Beach. The parking lots are directly on the beach and there are showers, bathrooms and lifeguards. This is a wonderful beach for people of all ages. The house has a ring doorbell camera on the exterior of the door between the 2 garage doors facing the driveway and an outdoor camera in the patio and pool area.
