Sunrise Bay

Welcome to the house on Sodus Bay where you and yours will make memories years to come. Our multi level home welcomes you and your guests providing enough room for gathering in open spaces and spacious rooms to retreat and relax. Start your day watching the sunrise from the open kitchen with a warm cup of joe and wind down the evening in our sunset view loft. Spend the day swimming or fishing off your private dock or at the beach just 1 mile away. The space Our guest house has a spacious back yard with a deck and a private dock for boats and skis. Enclosed porch , bar room, full stocked kitchen and 2 full bath rooms. There are 2 living rooms. The 2nd floor living room serves as an entertaining room w/games and a 65” tv. Desk and chair for working or school available. On the 3rd floor there is a cupola for meditating, reading or relaxing. Guest access Guest can go up to the cupola to meditate, read, relax or to simply have “me” time. Deck has outdoor furniture w/ awning. There are benches by the water to sit and enjoy the sun. Other things to note Grill rental $45 Quiet Hours between 10 pm-8 AM Parties not allowed- Pets need to be on leach when when outside Additional guest must be approved by host No smoking allowed No heavy objects or vehicles or camping trailers on grass Please do not allow pets on furniture.
