POOL Guests have access to shared outdoor swimming pool which is managed by the complex manager usually opens from month of March until october even November if the weather permits. The owner/host do not control timing of the pool maintenance schedule. No refund is giving if pool is not functioning due to whether or maintenance . WI-FI Our Wi-fi is free for you. Is not guaranteed amenity as weather plays a factor in its performance. No refund will be issued if WI-Fi is not available. BEACH You can reach the white sandy beach stretching for miles by walking approximately 1.5 blocks from both gates. LOCATION The house is located at Gulfport and in a few minutes reachable to Biloxi, long Beach, Pass Christian and 16 miles to Bay St. Louis. The city of New Orleans is only 45 minutes & 1 hour Mobil . Perfect for a weekend getaway for family gathering and fun. Kessler Air base in Biloxi is 6 miles to the house as well as Gulfport air port and premium outlet too. BACK DECK The house has a large fenced back deck for you and your family to enjoy. There is an outdoor table at the deck dining table and 6 chairs. In the event of a hurricane or tropical storm, we will follow all local evacuation mandates. Weather does not qualify for a refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance—Aironb offers this option during booking. SAFETY Our community is gated and equipped with surveillance cameras for added security. The property also features a smart Ring doorbell camera and a secure self-entry lock system for your convenience. IMPORTANT NOTICE • Maximum Occupancy: 9 guests • Guests after 6 may be subject to an extra fee • Children over 2 years old are counted as adults • No Unregistered Guests Allowed This is a strict policy and must be followed without exception. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION • No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking only-please keep doors closed and dispose of cigarette butts properly. A $250-$500 fee will apply if smoke is detected inside. • No parties or loud music (e.g., boom boxes). Disturbances may result in immediate termination of stay and applicable fines • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The property is near water, trees, and wildlife While rare, outdoor pests may occasionally appear, especially during certain weather conditions. We perform regular pest control and respond promptly to concerns. Being in a shore-area community, guests may occasionally hear a passing train or aircraft, as is common with many accommodations near the shore. Unfortunately, refunds can't be offered for temporary disruptions beyond our control. * We provide ample soap, shampoo, and toilet paper in each bathroom but please be prepared to purchase extra if needed. Walmart is a short drive away. We have two parking spaces available for guests. Visitors should use only the designated visitor parking near the gate. Trailers are not allowed within the complex. A nearby parking lot is available.
