Guest access You will have access to the entire house including a private driveway and a private yard with a hot tub. Switi Hoso features secure, keyless entry, and you will receive a personal entry code before check-in. While street parking is permitted, it is not recommended. However, the spacious driveway can comfortably fit up to 6 cars. Other things to note Green Statement & Modern Comforts At Switi Hoso, sustainability meets luxury. Thanks to these systems, Switi Hoso achieved an 86% self-sufficiency rating last year. In the rare event of a power outage, a cozy pellet stove provides backup heat. For added convenience, the home includes a Tesla charger (NEMA 14-50) or Level 2 EV Charger (240V, 32A), an espresso machine, electric bidet, two sit/stand desks, and a 5-stage drinking water filter for crisp, clean water—an essential in coastal towns. With 9 beds accommodating up to 14 guests, comfort is never compromised. House Rules To keep Switi Hoso a peaceful and welcoming retreat, we ask guests to follow a few simple rules: 🚫 no parties, no pets, no smoking, and no subletting . Our HOA also maintains quiet hours and parking guidelines. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a contract summarizing these rules. Please review it within 8 hours and return the signed contract at least one week before your stay, including the names of all guests (required in case security needs confirmation). Legal Notice: The property has a front door camera. For the purpose of ensuring your identity and compliance with Sonoma County regulations regarding age and authenticity, a copy of your Guest’s Legal Photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required upon submission of our booking contract. Sonoma County strictly limits the occupancy of vacation rental premises to 12 guests at any given time. Children under the age of three are exempt from this limit. The additional beds provided are offered for flexibility. Sonoma County has implemented stringent noise regulations, prohibiting the use of amplified sound and enforcing quiet hours from 9 PM to 7 AM. Additionally, the maximum number of vehicles permitted on-site is six. In the event of a declared emergency, guests are required to vacate the premises as soon as a “Voluntary Evacuation Order” is issued.
