Good parking, washer/dryer and SmartTV and Wi-fi. No air conditioning; no in-house telephone . Dog ok w/owner approval. Our 2-story mid-century modern home is un-occupied downstairs and ideal for one or two guests. Downstairs and upstairs are connected only by outside stairway. Owners are seldom in residence. Comfy bedroom and bathroom with a utility kitchenette (no oven) with range top, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and dishes, etc. We also have easy-to-use washer and dryer.
