The upstairs master bedroom includes a large jacuzzi tub, stained glass windows, and 15ft vaulted ceilings. The downstairs master bedroom has its own private full bathroom, a queen bed and french doors which access the sprawling back porch. The bunkroom is home to a futon couch, a 65" flat screen television, a large workspace for arts and crafts and a twin bunk bed with a hidden trundle, to accommodate up to seven people. Oh, and did we mention there is an art gallery inside the castle's turret? Pets are not allowed on the property. Any pets brought onto the property will forfeit the security deposit. As if the interior of the house isn't cool enough, guests also have full access to 52 acres of wooded bliss. Feel free to take a hike and explore the property, you may even find old remnants of a 1950's crashed vehicle, fossils, and stones from around the world (the previous owner was a master stonemason). A stone patio with a built-in fire pit and outdoor chairs is also accessible to guests. Feel free to call or text us, but don't worry we won't be staying in the house and crashing your party! There really isn't much of a neighborhood, at least for 52 acres....but there is plenty of privacy! Located 4 miles from downtown Eureka Springs, 6 miles from Thorncrowne Chapel and 7 miles from Beaver Lake, Stonehaven is perfect for wedding parties, corporate retreats and family vacations. We have a trail map you can take on a walk through the property. -All holidays have a 3-day MINIMUM booking. -Bumpy gravel driveway leading to the house, please plan accordingly. - NO shooting firearms or fireworks on the property. If evidence of such activity is found, your party will forfeit your safety deposit. -In rare cases, if inclement weather restricts access to home on day of check-in, we will provide a full refund. - We put up Christmas decorations before Thanksgiving inside the house (complete with a 12ft tall Christmas tree)! If you book during the holidays, no need to bring the festivity, we’ve got you covered! WEDDINGS & EVENTS: We regularly receive wedding requests. Weddings, receptions, parties, and events are only allowed on property if approved by host at least 3 months in advance. Guests are required to pay additional wedding/event fees in addition to a 3 night minimum stay. We offer no liability insurance for events and guests must provide proof of event insurance before event, otherwise reservation will be cancelled.
