The Compass South - The Travelers Stay Near TSU

Remodeled 1940s house with lots of charm and modern comfort. The "Compass South", which is one of two units in The Compass, is decorated with a travel theme using unique vintage travel memorabilia and souvenirs from our travels around the world. You will enjoy the spacious bedroom, large bathroom, living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette complete with mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and some snacks, and fast internet. Also see the Compass North, Compass Loft and Compass Entire House The space The Compass is one house divided into two separate units, The North and The South, by a safe, solid, locked security door. You have your own private entrance and your own thermostat. A keypad entry and drive-up parking gives you quick and safe access to your private space. There are no inside shared spaces with guests from The Compass North. The only time you may see guests from The Compass North is outside or in the driveway. Guests for both The North and South sides have 1 reserved spot in the driveway for 1 car. Street parking is also available. I love to decorate and redecorate so the decor in the current pictures may not be 100% up to date, but the amenities stay the same. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors. A few of them are hard working folks that drive diesel trucks or motorcycles. We all seem to love dogs. There is a train track that runs diagonally through town, sometimes in the middle of the night. We provide a box fan for white noise to help drown out the sounds. The only spot guests may share is the driveway. Other things to note *Please read carefully about how the house is set up. *3rd party bookings need to be approved before booking, please *Owners will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for the loss of their money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. *Please keep all doors locked when not on the property. *There will be a $350 fee added if determined that smoking or vaping happened in the house. *There will be a $350 fee added if discovered that guests brought their animals inside the house. *No parties or events. *No drugs. *We ask that guests be considerate of their noise to both our Compass North guests and our friends in the neighborhood. *Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am *For stays lasting more than 7 days, we require a cleaning every week for the same price as the current cleaning fee.
