We have full time renters in a basement apartment, however they have separate entrance and parking. Other things to note We have tenants who rent a basement apartment with a separate entrance, separate parking, and their own outdoor space. They will be on the property, but all areas listed would be exclusively yours for your stay (including all indoor spaces, deck and outdoor areas pictured)
