This Meredith Bay cottage has 320 ft of breathtaking waterfront. 8 minute drive to downtown Meredith. Private cove and a U Shaped dock with shallow, clear water and a sandy bottom with mountain views . The shared point of land has ~270 degree views of Meredith Bay, views of Gunstock Mountain and Weirs Beach. Amenities include 3 kayaks, propane fire pit, floaties, Bbq grille, corn hole, horseshoes, fishing rods, Apple TV . 500 dollar security deposit The space We are unable to accommodate another boat at our dock . We have added a well 2023. New stainless steel stove for 2024! We will have extra blankets. This is a peaceful, friendly neighborhood and we ask to comply w quiet hours 10p-7am. Other things to note We can accommodate a boat this summer for One Week only 8/10-8/17/24.
