* Renovated 2 level beautiful cabin style condo. In the winter, walk .3 miles down the trail to Sugar Mtn Ski Resort for skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, and tubing. Perfect for families and couples. Fireplace in master bedroom and living room. TVs in all rooms has WIFI, slingtv, and Netflix. Upstairs has twin beds, living room full size sofa bed and downstairs queen bed. By booking you and your party agree to the hold harmless clause and smoking rules in The space section of listing. The space *Please note there is a detour to the property up the back street. The parking lot is under construction from the storm and there are repairs going on at property periodically. . Designated visitor parking for one car per condo. Please do not bring more than one car as parking is limited. The tvs are eqiupped movie channels in each room. Fireplace in downstairs bedroom. Two entrances and balconies. Overlooking the mountains has a beautiful view. In the winter you can see a glimpse of skiers from the upstairs balcony. Two bathrooms in home. Walking distance to the ski resort just cut through the next condo community outside of our parking lot. Hold Harmless Clause. *By booking the property you and your party agree to accept ALL liability for use of the spiral staircase inside the the unit and understands that the Owner and Owners agent shall have no liability for any accidents, injuries, or death that may occur from improper use of spiral staircase that connects the upstairs to the downstairs. Guest accepts said liability by voluntary use of the said spiral staircase.* No smoking in the unit at all. If anyone does smoke it shall be on the balcony away from doors with doors closed. All butts thrown away. No exceptions. There will be a 150.00 charge for smoking in the unit or smell of smoke in the unit. No loud noise or music that disturbs others upstairs or next door. Guest access You can access two doors upstairs and downstairs for entry. The full unit is yours during your stay. Free parking for one to two vehicles. Other things to note There is no assigned parking at this time and parking can get busy during ski season. Try to limit to one vehicle during ski season in parking lot or park where it appears to be a vacancy in the building {empty condo as not all units are rented) Can park overnight in front of mailbox Just remove vehicle in the am. You are allowed two cars during the summer and fall. Please keep children safe on all staircases and balconies.
