Many homes in Albuquerque utilize Evaporative or Swamp coolers which at times have trouble keeping up with hot temperatures. You can rest assured you will be comfortable when staying in our apartment! The apartment is also equipped with an oversized washer, dryer and laundry soap for your convenience. The nearest Albertsons grocery store is located 1 mile from the house. Bridges on Tramway which contains Boxing Bear Brewery and multiple amazing restaurants is a short 7 minute walk or from your front door. The best hiking, biking, running, and walking trails are all located out your front and back doors. The world-famous Sandia Peak Tramway is a short 10-minute drive from the apartment. Ride the tram to the top of Sandia Mountains to enjoy beautiful views of the city of Albuquerque below, access to Sandia Peak Ski Resort in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. Sandia Resort & Casino is only 15 minutes away, featuring an award-winning golf course open to the public, spa services, restaurants and concerts throughout the year. Guests are welcome to park vehicles in the front of the complex. There is room for two vehicles to park off the street. There is one doorbell camera outside the apartment that is on and recording at all times. Other things to note -There are no parties allowed in the home at any time. Small gatherings may be considered if the guest speaks to the owner and gains approval prior to their stay. -Small to medium dogs are allowed if the owner agrees to the following rules. 1. Pets never are allowed on furniture or beds. 2. Owner must clean up after any messes that their pet makes and leave no trace. 3. Pets are never to be left alone inside the home unless kenneled. 4. There is a $25/pet/week charge for each pet.
