New Haven, CT is about 10 miles away. Yale University is 11 miles away. We provide napkins, not paper towels at our properties. Please feel free to bring paper towels if it is a necessity for you. Since the cost has gone up with inflation, it costs a lot to keep paper towels stocked at all of our properties. Although it is not an amenity listed or required by Air Bnb, I would like to notify guests just in case it’s expected. We recently replaced the orange couch with a black couch.
