Little "G" Cottage on the Farm

Welcome to this quaint studio apartment in the country! Just a couple of miles from town you have a little place to escape and unwind. Relax in the pool under the beautiful oak trees. Nap in a hammock to the sway of the breeze. Enjoy a place to rest after a grueling hike at Colorado Bend State Park (or the little nature walk). The space has a queen-size bed, a small space with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and Keurig. The bathroom provides the basics and a shower. Come stay with us! The space Need more space? Next door is the Tranquil Farmhouse we also have listed. The house includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, a full kitchen with a little dining area, and a living room. Let us know how we can accommodate you! We are a "net-zero" property! Guest access Guests have access to the studio and all grounds within the fence. There are 2 other houses on the property that you will not have access to. You will share the pool and grounds with guests of our other house on the property. Other things to note You will travel down a gravel road for about half a mile. There is a wet weather creek that can rise during a torrential downpour that rarely happens in Texas and this probably won't affect your trip, but I want to make you aware of it. There is no TV in the house. There could be electric fencing on the property, watch for the signs. Cows and sheep and a sheepdog will be around the place on the other side of the fence. Pets are allowed with prior approval and fee. Extra guests during the day or evening are welcome with prior approval and fee.
